Terrace Bay Resident brings home medals from Ontario Winter Games
Terrace Bay resident competes in Special Olympics Ontario Winter Games Local resident, Shannon Moquin, participated in the Special Olympics Ontario Winter Games held in Thunder Bay on January 21 to 23.
