A Timmins man has been fined a total of $625 after unsuccessfully claiming Aboriginal harvesting rights. Robert Mayotte was convicted and fined $125 for fishing without a licence and $500 for hunting game birds without a licence after unsuccessfully claiming Aboriginal harvesting rights.
