A very long day, faster paced than I like to live through but all in all it went well. I started the day at the hospital, getting pain meds after having taking oral meds to no avail around 6:30am and it looks like my day will most likely finish with a trip there as well [Read more]

I was dissapointed this morning when I looked through the Chronicle Journal realizing they did not print any photos or the article I sent yesterday. Frosty Days wound up Sunday with box races at the Kiwissa Ski Centre and snowmobile drag races on Manitouwadge Lake. Emeraude is often asking to eat snow so I thought this was a good experiment to let her see for herself why I prefer that she doesn’t. She picked up these ‘ice balls’ from the side of the road and we intend to do the experiment again with some snow from the backyard. [Read more]

Jan.19.2009 Emeraude had tried adding coffee to her liquid glue the other day to make a picture that looked like dirt but the coffee disolved and looked more like mud.
