A construction company in Cochrane has been convicted for discharging sediment into Lillabelle Lake, north of Cochrane. M.J. Labelle Co. Three new fires have been confirmed thus far today. Timmins 33, a 0.1 hectare fire is currently listed as Not Under Control. Sudbury 62, also a 0.1 hectare fire is listed as Not Under Control.
