Winter weather travel advisory in effect.
Total snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 cm.
Snow, heavy at times, which could reduce visibilities.
Local blowing snow.

A low-pressure system tracking across the region is bringing snow and local blowing snow to the region. Snow will ease to light flurries Wednesday morning. Flurries are expected to persist throughout the day on Wednesday.
Motorists should expect hazardous winter driving conditions and adjust travel plans accordingly. If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance. If you must drive, be prepared for areas of poor visibility. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.

2:23 PM Extreme Cold Warning in effect for:
- Nakina – Aroland – Pagwa
A multi-day episode of very cold wind chills continues.
Wind chill values near minus 40.
Minimum temperatures between minus 30 and minus 33 degrees Celsius.
Now through Thursday morning.
Temperatures and wind chill values will temporarily moderate in the afternoon. However, wind chill values before dropping again in the evening.
Extreme cold puts everyone at risk.
Risks are greater for young children, older adults, people with chronic illnesses, people working or exercising outdoors, and those without proper shelter.
Dress warmly. Dress in layers that you can remove if you get too warm. The outer layer should be wind resistant.
Cover up. Frostbite can develop within minutes on exposed skin, especially with wind chill.
Extreme cold warnings are issued when very cold temperatures or wind chill creates an elevated risk to health such as frost bite and hypothermia.
