Manitouwadge Fall Market
MANITOUWADGE, ON – Saturday, September 25th, Manitouwadge Community Services hosted its annual Fall Market at the Recreation Center. Both the front and back parking lots were full throughout the 4hr event giving an idea of the amount of traffic which may have travelled through the market (Community Services did not have an attendance estimate when asked).
There were more than 20 unique vendors, including 3 from Marathon, and Community Programmer Katie Law also had a number of vendors on a waiting list from which she was initiating calls for the next market, December’s Christmas Bazaar in an effort to give a diversity of small and medium-sized businesses the opportunity to broaden their customer base at these events.
