DRUG SEIZURE IN GREENSTONE
GREENSTONE, ON – On September 16, 2020 officers from the Ontario Provincial Police Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau and the North West Region Community Street Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a 3rd Avenue residence in Geraldton.
As a result of the search warrant Police seized 16.2 grams of suspected crack cocaine, 6.9 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 8.8 grams of psilocybin (mushrooms) and 1 oxycodone tablet, Canadian currency, 3 conductive energy weapons (tasers), brass knuckles and other drug related paraphernalia.
[Omitted by ONN] A male 25 years old of Greenstone has been charged with the following offences:
- Possession of a Schedule III substance for the purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Traffick in a Schedule I substance – Cocaine
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
- Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon X 6
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5000
- Fail to Comply with Undertaking
The accused was held in custody and will appear again by audio in the Ontario Court of Justice on September 21, 2020.

- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5000
- Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon X 6
The accused was released and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice next on October 22, 2020 to answer to the charges.
