New Releases at Crossover Videos, Plus: Easter Gifts & Baskets
Back in 2013, the folks at Disney captivated the hearts of the young and the young at heart, with the music filled animated smash hit Frozen. Before long, Anna, Elsa, Sven and Olaf were household names and their faces could be found on various forms of merchandise and memorabilia. Frozen would go on to earn a whopping 1.28 billion dollars at the worldwide box office. Needless to say, it came as very little surprise when a sequel was announced. This week, Anna, Elsa and the crew are back in our headline new release- Frozen 2.
There are four new titles in total, with a brief synopsis of each below;
Knives Out: starring Daniel Craig, Chris Evans and Jamie Lee Curtis- After the patriarch of a wealthy and eccentric family dies under mysterious circumstances, a notorious private detective is hired to find the truth once and for all. Frozen 2: featuring the voices of Kristen Bell and Josh Gad- In an effort to save their kingdom, Anna, Elsa, Sven, Olaf and Kristoff leave Arendelle on a quest to find the origin of Elsa’s powers. (Family/Animated) (DVD and Blu-Ray) Also available to rent @ 2 Doors Down in Manitouwadge
Corrupted: starring Sam Clafin and Timothy Spall- An ex-con, desperately trying to reconnect with his family, must revisit his past ways in an attempt to save his brother from a violent criminal organization. (Crime/Action) (DVD)
Ophelia: starring Daisy Ridley, Clive Owen and Naomi Watts- After her lover’s father is murdered, and with her kingdom on the brink of war, a young woman must navigate the rules of power while also battling her own personal feelings. (Drama) (DVD)
