Thunder Bay Art Gallery 24th Annual Garden Tour

Thunder Bay Art Gallery is hosting the 24^th Annual Garden Tour on Sunday, July 28, 2019, from 10am to 4pm. This fundraising event in support of the Art Gallery’s exhibition and education programs will feature seven delightful Thunder Bay gardens to visitors. There are six private gardens on the tour in addition to the Sunken Garden at Hillcrest Park which is this year’s featured public garden.

Tour visitors can view large rural landscapes, an urban farm and apiary, a Monarch Butterfly Waystation, and a unique outdoor “catio” for furry friends.

Garden Talks will be presented in two gardens. Learn how to create a Monarch-friendly garden and how to grow edible plants in our Northern climate. As always the Thunder Bay & District Master Gardeners will be at each location to answer questions and interpret each garden’s special features.
