Santa Claus Parade in Manitouwadge (Video/Photos)
MANITOUWADGE, ON – Santa Claus brought great weather along to his annual parade in the Township of Manitouwadge Saturday evening (Dec.1.2018). An abundance of creativity was on display throughout the floats and costumes which followed a route which began and ended at the Recreation Centre going down Oshweeken to Adjala then up Manitou Road.
Following the parade residents gathered at the traffic circle for the lighting of the tree and to enjoy carolling by Our Lady of Lourdes School students and staff (and Santa) CLICK HERE for videos/details.
The evening wrapped up in the recreation centre auditorium where everyone was invited to enjoy free hot chocolate and cookies and the opportunity to have a photo with Santa.
