Celebration of Life for Bruce Luby
Bruce Luby passed away Monday June 4, 2018 at the age of 65 years. Beloved husband of the late Charlotte Luby. Loving partner of Colleen Poster. Proud and opinionated father of Tracy-Lee (Ryan Moffatt), Charlene and Danielle (Blair Hunking). Adored, fun loving and teasing Papa of Darby, Kai, Jessie, Mason, Charlotte, Holden, Morgan and Cole. Dear son of the late John and Nora Luby. Older brother to Gayle (Lloyd) and dearest brother of Jacqui (Réal). He will be remembered by his nieces and nephews Natalie, Réal Jr., Jesse and Billy. Bruce was a loving and devoted father to his three daughters, he adored his grandchildren. His passions were his love of his camp, fishing, hunting and his black dogs. He was a father figure to many of his daughter’s friends.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Manitouwadge Community Centre (Auditorium) on Saturday June 9, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life will begin at 1:30 p.m. Memorial donations made to the Manitouwadge Cancer Assistance Group or to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
