#CrossoverInsider: New Movie Releases in Marathon & Manitouwadge (Trailers), New Videogame & More In-Store!
Dan Brown’s bestselling novel “The Da Vinci Code” was adapted for the big screen and released in theatres in 2006. The film would go on to gross a mind boggling 758 million dollars which naturally lead the way to part 2 of the book trilogy, “Angels and Demons”, to release in theatres in 2009. Fast forward to 2017, and the transfer from book trilogy to movie trilogy is finally complete as “Inferno” releases on DVD and Blu-Ray this week. There are only three new releases this week, but they all highly anticipated and should be in high demand. Below is a brief synopsis of each new title;
Inferno: starring Tom Hanks and Felicity Jones- When Robert Langdon wakes up in an Italian hospital with amnesia, he teams up with a renowned doctor. USS Indianapolis: starring Nicolas Cage, Tom Sizemore and Thomas Jane- Based on a TRUE STORY! During World War II, an American navy ship is sunk by a Japanese submarine leaving 300 crewmen stranded in shark infested waters. 37: starring Samira Wiley- The fictional account of the night Kitty Genovese was murdered in 1964, Queens, where 37 neighbors witnessed the killing and did not intervene. (Drama) (DVD)
