MARATHON, ON – Trick or Eat 2016 was another huge success despite a very windy, rainy night. We collected approximately 3,892 non-perishable food items worth approximately $9,730.00. This was the 7th year for Trick or Eat in Marathon and to date we’ve collected 29,724 non-perishable food items worth approximately $74,310. It’s so amazing to see how generous people in our little town are.
This event could not happen without all the volunteers who helped set up, drove, went door to door, sorted and donated. Special shout out to the Marathon Fire Department who had approximately 11 volunteers. They can cover lots of ground.
