MANITOUWADGE, ON – Busy, busy, busy! Students at Manitouwadge Public School are constantly in a state of motion and this week was no exception. Academics / books aren’t the only learning tool in a young child’s life – and MPS has proven that, through the great array of learning activities they promote.
Recently they learned the joy of comradery while enjoying Halloween dress-up and activity stations in the gym. We even learned the Science of motion while watching the juggler that we had in our building as we see one of our students doing her best to master the art of balance. Of course we can’t forget the culinary arts – Mrs. K’s class was learning to cook making some delicious stone soup. Students enjoy so many fun activities and most times don’t know that it is all planned and organized to help them LEARN. Another great week of learning and fun at MPS.
