Based on the incredible true story, War Dogs explores the rise of two small time arms dealers into one of America’s leading companies specializing in international arms dealing. Also back in action this week is Jason Statham in a sequel to a film that helped establish him as one of Hollywood’s leading action stars. Mechanic Resurrection: starring Jason Statham, Jessica Alba and Tommy Lee Jones- After the love of his life is kidnapped, a retired assassin is forced back into action and must complete a mission involving the assassination of three targets. Hands of Stone: starring Robert De Niro, Edgar Ramirez and Usher Raymond- The life and times of legendary boxer Roberto Duran and his equally legendary trainer as they rise through the ranks of rookie boxer to welterweight champion. Kubo and the Two Strings: featuring the voices of Ralph Fiennes and Charlize Theron- A young boy must locate a magical suit of armor worn by his late father in order to defeat a vengeful spirit from the past. (Family/Adventure) (DVD) Also available to rent at 2 Doors Down in Manitouwadge!
Space Dogs Adventure to the Moon: featuring the voices of Alicia Silverstone and Ashlee Simpson- A canine astronaut is determined to find his missing astronaut father. Against all odds, he sneaks onto a US rocket ship to the moon- but soon finds out that he is not alone. (Kids) (DVD)
