Integrated Health Service Plan 2013-2016 Accomplishments
This report (CLICK to read) reflects the transformative achievements of the Integrated Health Service Plan 2013-2016, demonstrating the dedication of health service providers and other health system partners across the North West LHIN to advance the North West LHIN’s strategic direction.
As the North West LHIN provides an update on three years of accomplishments, it is a challenge to select from an innumerable number of success stories from dedicated health system partners who are working to improve health care service delivery for the people of Northwestern Ontario. Nevertheless, it is a privileged to share a selection of these success stories and accomplishments.
The North West LHIN would like to thank health service providers and the people of the Northwest who were generous with their time in sharing their advice during community engagement with the LHIN about what is needed to better serve their needs.
