Hornepayne Man Charged with Breaching Conditions
HORNEPAYNE, ON – On Tuesday July 12, 2016 at approximately 10:10 pm members of the Superior East Hornepayne Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a Hornepayne residence regarding a male breaching his conditions.
Investigation revealed that the male had been convicted in Hornepayne Criminal Court in March of 2016 and was placed on several conditions which he was found to be breaching.
As a result a 56 years old Hornepayne man was arrested and charged with the following offences;
- 3 counts of Adult Fail to Comply with Recognizance contrary to section 145(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was transported to Sault Ste. Marie Ontario for a Bail Hearing.
