MANITOUWADGE, ON – This past Tuesday, the hallways and classrooms at Manitouwadge Public School (MPS) were filled with students representing doctors, dentists, ballerinas, construction workers, scientists, policemen and a multitude of other professionals.
The staff had to be on their best behavior as a young policewoman was diligently doing her job and arresting people for the smallest of infractions! Luckily the dentist and scientist didn’t offer to practice on anyone. Our Student Council had organized the Occupations Day – during which students were to dress up in clothes representing “What I want to be when I grow up”.
Every day at MPS offers a great variety of educational, collective and group events that bring our little MPS community together as they learn . Another job well done by our Student Council and student body!
