White River Disturbance Call Results In Assault Charge for Toronto Man
WHITE RIVER, ON – On Friday February 5, 2016 members of the Superior East White River Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an incident at a local business in White River regarding an assault complaint.
As a result of this investigation police arrested and charged Ian BYSTROV (58) of Toronto Ontario with the following offence;
- Adult – Assault contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Bystrov was release on an Undertaking entered by an Officer in Charge and is to appear at the Ontario court of Justice in Wawa on April 4, 2016.
