Disturbance Call Lands Chapleau Woman Drug Charges
CHAPLEAU, ON – On Monday February 1, 2016 the Superior East Chapleau Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a domestic disturbance call at a Chapleau residence.
As a result of this investigation police arrested and charged a 33 year old Chapleau Ontario woman with the following offences;
- Adult Possession of a Schedule I Substance- Methamphetamine contrary to section 4(1) of the CDSA
- Adult Possession of a Schedule II Substance- Cannabis Marihuana under 30 grams contrary to section 4(1) of the CDSA.
The female was release on a Promise to Appear to answer to the charge.
