Crime of the Week : Greenstone Break & Enter
Crime Stoppers and the Ontario Provincial Police are asking for your help in solving a Break and Enter that occurred between January 7th and January 11th 2016 in Longlac.
A home on Court Street in Longlac was broken into sometime between January 7th and January 11th 2016. Culprits broke a bathroom window and gained access to the house using a ladder. The individuals completely ransacked the home once they were inside.
Items stolen from the residence included a Sony PlayStation II, some vintage hockey cards, and a coin collection.
As a result of the window being broken, the temperature inside of the house dropped significantly causing water pipes to freeze and burst. The house sustained major water damage.
