MPS Students Lend Their Muscle
MANITOUWADGE, ON – For many years, Manitouwadge Public School has been proud to be the drop off site for the Diabetes Clothesline group. This earth-friendly fundraiser has provided some very worthwhile and much appreciated educational resources for our students.
Our junior and intermediate students have always enjoyed providing the man (and woman) power necessary to move the countless bags of donations from the school to the transport vehicle which delivers the donations to Thunder Bay.
Teaching young students the value of kindness is a life lesson MPS staff believe will go a long way towards the students’ enjoying a happy, healthy adulthood. We would like to say a huge thank you to all of the ‘Manitouwadgeians’ who so kindly contribute to our students’ future by donating their used items to this very worthwhile cause and Manitouwadge Public School.
