SCHREIBER, ON – Students across the Superior North Catholic School Board teamed up with Toronto Catholic School Board for a Google hangout surrounding student leadership on February 19, 2015. Tina Visintin (Student Success Lead) and Greg Rogers (Student Leadership) collaborated together to bring students across our board and 15 student leaders from Toronto Catholic to share Catholic leadership practices. The students broke out into small groups in order to discuss the various leadership opportunities that are occurring in each of their schools.
This is the first stage of a leadership journey in which the students will collaborate with various opportunities to develop and create leaders within the schools. These future endeavors will continue to be encouraged by supportive teachers and principals.
