What is the Hour of Code?
The Hour of Code is an opportunity for students and teachers to be exposed to coding. A one-hour introduction to computer science, designed to demystify code and show that anybody can learn the basics. Check out the tutorials.

How?
Teachers across Superior-Greenstone District School Board signed up and registered their school on the Hour of Code map and picked a day to celebrate the Hour of Code. Even reluctant students were engaged in the activities and quickly became immersed in coding challenges. Many students asked for more coding challenges to practice at home! To see where Superior-Greenstone District School Board students participated in the Hour of Code, check out the map at hourofcode.com/ca.
