Stay Fit this February in Terrace Bay

terracebay-logoTERRACE BAY, ON – A new fitness program is being offered next month in Terrace Bay. The Township of Terrace Bay Recreation Department is pleased to announce HIIT High Intensity Interval Training by Tyler Trichilo.

HITT is 45 minutes of interval training twice a week, and includes modifications for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.  Classes will be held Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7pm from February 3rd to 26th at the Michael King Hall. Class space is limited to 25 participants early registration is recommended to avoid disappointment; deadline to register is Friday, January 30th.

If high intensity is your thing, Certified Yoga Instructor Michele Gilbertt offers 2015’s 2nd session of Yoga from February 24 to April 2.  There is no prerequisite yoga class required and modifications & progressions will be offered. Yoga is Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7 to 8:30pm at the Terrace Bay Community Centre.
