MANITOUWADGE, ON – The unofficial results are in and a new Mayor has been elected.
Voting numbers were quite low, in a community of approximately 1800 residents, only 692 people cast their votes to choose the new mayor.With a difference of only 58 votes Andy Major came out on top to serve as Mayor along with an acclaimed council which includes only 1 incumbent (Sheldon Plummer).
