MARATHON, ON – Mayor and Council of the Town of Marathon are pleased to announce that Mr. Daryl Skworchinski has been selected as the new Chief Administrative Officer/Clerk for the Town of Marathon. This position became vacant when Marathon’s previous CAO/Clerk, Brian Tocheri, left in August to accept a similar position in Hanover, Ontario.
Mr. Skworchinski will be leaving his position as Director, Eastern Region for Confederation College to return to the Town of Marathon where he previously worked as Community Services and Economic Development Manager and as General Manager for the Marathon Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Skworchinski’s first day will be October 27, 2014.
