Still Time to Provide Input into NOSM’s Strategic Plan
During the last five months, the Northern Ontario School of Medicine (NOSM) has been collaborating with Northern Ontarians to develop the School’s Strategic Plan for 2015-2020.
Wednesday, September 17, 2014 will be the final day to complete the School’s Strategic Planning survey (available in both English and French). The survey takes approximately 8-12 minutes to complete, and was established to ensure that all Northern Ontarians can have input in prioritizing NOSM’s activities for the future.
All interested individuals are invited to give their input to help shape the future of the School, and of health education in their community. Those who have provided feedback in the past are encouraged to revisit the website, and provide further feedback on updated lists of priorities that reflect input received from community members throughout the summer.
NOSM has a social accountability mandate to contribute to improving the health of the people and communities of Northern Ontario. The School’s success is very much a result of many collaborations with individuals, communities and organizations, including Aboriginal and Francophone partners.
