LIVE FROM THE ROCK CONTEST ENTRY
THANKS TO ALL WHO ENTERED… The contest to WIN a weekend pass (or a pair of weekend passes and a pair of very cool t-shirts) to the Live from the Rock Folk Music Festival in Red Rock Ontario on August 8, 9, and 10 has now closed, keep watching for details of the LIVE DRAW for winners August 5th on our youtube channel www.youtube.com/OntarioNewsNorth via Google-Hangout (subscribe to the channel to participate in the live stream!)
RULES/REGULATIONS:
- ONE (1) Entry per person, please do not bother to enter more than once, only one entry per person will be accepted
- Entrants must be 18 yrs of age or older (you may be required to show proof of your age)
- Entrants can be from anywhere in the world however you are responsible for your own transportation and accommodations to and from the festival so please, if you aren’t able to be in Red Rock the weekend of the festival, let someone who can attend win the tickets!
- T-shirts are subject to availability, OntarioNewsNorth.com will be providing winners with a coupon* (Grand prize winner receives 2 coupons) to be exchanged at the merchandise tent the weekend of the festival for ONE (1) program and ONE (1) t-shirt (shirt to be chosen from selection provided by merchandise tent volunteers). We make no claims or assurances in regards to the availability of sizes, colours or styles, and encourage winners to visit the merchandise tent as early as possible during the festival for the greatest selection. T-shirts are sold quickly the weekend of the festival with most attendees wanting souvenirs of this exciting festival so the sooner you visit the more choices you are likely to have. Should you not be able to find a suitable t-shirt there is no cash value for the coupons and they are not transferable for cash nor can they be carried over to the next year.
- If you require accommodations for the weekend (should you win a pass or passes) we encourage you to visit www.LiveFromTheRockFolkFestival.com for information regarding on-site camping (there is a small fee for this and limited space) and details of local accommodation providers. (remember the passes are for entry to the festival only, you are responsible for getting there and for your own food, accommodations and anything else you require while enjoying the festival).
- Be sure to provide a VALID email address AND to add Editor@OntarioNewsNorth.com to your email’s “safe list” as we will contact the winner via email to make arrangements to send the tickets or t-shirt coupons.
- A total of 6 weekend passes and 6 t-shirt/program coupons are being given away to winners drawn at random from the qualifying entrants as follows:
- ONE GRAND PRIZE consisting of: 2 weekend passes + 2 t-shirt/program coupons
- ONE PRIZE consisting of: 1 weekend pass + 1 t-shirt/program coupon
- 3 PRIZES each consisting of: 1 weekend pass
- 3 PRIZES each consisting of: 1 t-shirt/program coupon
- Each entrant is automatically enterred into ALL draws unless their name is drawn (i.e. they win one of the draws) in which case their name is not re-entered for subsequent draws.
- CONTEST CLOSES August 4th, 2014 at 9pm
- WINNERS will be announced August 5th, 2014
