NIPIGON, ON – May 3, 2014 after a month long investigation involving detachment members of the Nipigon Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), 37-year-old Jeffrey HARDY of Nipigon was charged with three counts of Trafficking a Controlled Substance contrary to section 5(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
The accused was arrested and held in custody pending a show cause hearing.
