SCHREIBER, ON – Tuesday, March 4th, Holy Angels Catholic School hosted a Pancake Breakfast for staff, students and parents to celebrate Shrove Tuesday. Shrove Tuesday is a day of celebration before the beginning of our Lenten Liturgical Season. Throughout Canada, people traditionally eat pancakes on this day, as fat, butter and eggs are to be used in limited amounts or given up during the Lenten season.
Thank you to our breakfast club volunteers who cooked pancakes and sausages. Staff, students and parents enjoyed the breakfast to start their day!
