Logo Design Competition Offers Cash Prize For Northern Ontario Youth
SAULT STE. MARIE, ON – Social Entrepreneurship Evolution de l’entrepreneuriat social (SEE), a cross-cultural collaborative that works alongside diverse youth in Northern Ontario announced a design contest for individuals aged 18-35 in Northern Ontario to create a new, dynamic logo for the initiative.
The logo design competition is open to current students, recent graduates and young professionals residing in Northern Ontario. The purpose is to design a logo for SEE that will then be used online, in print and in the media. The winner will be chosen by Wednesday April 30th, 2014 and will receive a $500 honorarium and coverage in online communication platforms.
“We are excited to highlight the young talent in the North and to expose them to the exciting opportunities that come with social entrepreneurship,” said Katie Elliott, Project Coordinator of SEE. “I think it is a great opportunity for youth to receive recognition for their creativity and to have their work displayed throughout the region.”

SEE is a three year project, funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation Future Fund 2012-2013, that works towards creating significant and sustainable change in Northern Ontario.
