Terrace Bay Invests in the Youth
Terrace Bay was happy to be able to revitalize the popular Youth Room in the Recreation Centre before the end of 2013. With gracious donations from the public and tough negotiations for quality used products on Kijiji, staff was able to add an air hockey table, foosball table, a newer pool table, and furniture and paint to the room. A speaker was also added to bring over the music from the Fitness centre into the space. The Terrace Bay Public Library participated in the project by featuring a magazine rack with popular magazines for youth. The Township would like to thank everyone who donated to this project.
