THUNDER BAY, ON – Daryl Skworchinski of Marathon was named one of the “Top 20” young professionals in Northwestern Ontario last week during the 2nd Annual Northwestern Ontario Visionary Awards ceremony. The awards are sponsored by the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce, the Northwestern Ontario Associated Chamber of Commerce and SHIFT Thunder Bay’s Young Professional Network.
Skworchinski, previously EDO and Community Services Manager for the Town of Marathon, now works as manager of Confederation College’s North Shore campus and chairman of the board of directors of the Nawiinginokiima Forest Management Corporation.
