TAKE NOTICE that a Special Council meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 5, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, 40 Broadway Avenue, for the following purpose:
1. Appoint Clerk Pro Tempore for December 5, 2013, Special Council Meeting and In-Camera Meeting – Ms. Tiffany Parent (Resolution)
2. Closed Meeting – Legal Issue; Hearing Update – litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board (Municipal Act, c.25, s.239 (2) (e)).
