HSCDSB Chair and Vice-Chair Acclaimed
Cassidy-Amadio Liske, HSCDSB Vice-Chair
Sault Ste. Marie, ON – Lindsay Liske was acclaimed Chair of the Board of Trustees for Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board and Leslie Cassidy-Amadio as Vice-Chair at the monthly Board of Trustees meeting on Wednesday night.
Liske, an Espanola resident, will be entering his second term as Chair as will Cassidy-Amadio as Vice-Chair. Both began their inaugural terms last December.
“I need to say thanks to my fellow Trustees for the confidence they have shown. To succeed in this position a collaborative approach is required and I appreciate all the support I have received over the past year from the Trustees and Administration,” said Liske.
Cassidy-Amadio is excited to be able to continue to serve as Vice Chair.
“I’m very honoured to serve in this capacity and with this vote of confidence. It has been a great experience working alongside Lindsay over the past year and I’m looking forward to another productive term with the entire Board,” said Cassidy-Amadio.
Liske will give his inaugural address as Chair at the Board’s January 15, 2014 meeting.
