MANITOUWADGE, ON – In the true spirit of scariness, the students and staff at MPS were doing a great job on Halloween day. Our Primary classrooms were filled with monsters, princesses, super heroes, and fairy tale figures. It was nice to see that not all of the ‘out of the ordinary’ people were little – because even some staff members were sporting very unusual outfits. Our Primary students came together and put on quite the colorful Halloween parade, and lively party afterwards. Themed cupcakes, cookies and lots of other goodies were devoured with great gusto.
Even though MPS promotes healthy eating, we do apologize to parents for sending their children home to them ‘full of energy (sugar)” – after all it was a special treat kind of day!!

All the kids were excited to share their costumes and see what their friends had come up with. Photo MPS
