Thursday was Firefighters day. The kids made their own paper origami Sparky dogs and thank you post cards for the firefighters. At the station they watched a safety video followed by a tour of the base. They really enjoyed going on all the fire trucks and they were surprised with a bag of goodies and a fire hat at the end of the tour.
Friday was planned out as a pool day but due to the unfortunate weather the swimming was cancelled.
