NIPIGON, ON – In May 2012 the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Nipigon Detachment received information of suspected drug trafficking in the Town of Terrace Bay, Ontario. This information initiated a year-long police investigation that has resulted in the arrest of a Terrace Bay resident.
On June 3, 2013 a 47 year old female, Kelly WARNER, of Terrace Bay, Ontario was arrested and has been charged with four counts of Trafficking a Controlled Substance contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substance Act and four counts of Breach of an Undertaking contrary to the Criminal Code.
The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in Thunder Bay Court on June 7, 2013 to answer to these charges.
