Canyon Country Challenge This Coming Weekend (includes registration info)

DORION, ON – The 10^th annual Canyon Country Challenge will be held on June 8, 2013 at the Dorion Community Centre. There are three race distances with categories in each race.

The race categories are as follows:

5 Km. Men’s and women’s open
10 Km. Men’s and women’s open (under 30)
Men’s and women’s master (30+)
15 Km. Men’s and women’s open (under 30)
Men’s and women’s master (30+)

The registration is $25 with a special family rate of $50 for all family members under 18 years of age on race date.

Many prizes will be given at the end of the race. Also, a very nice hot lunch is provided. A registration form is available by clicking on the link below. Organizers accept registrations right up to race time but for organizational reasons, prefer pre-registration.

Funds raised go toward bursaries for Grade 12 grads and an outdoor gift certificate for a Grade 8 grad. Help support the future of Dorion and areas young people.
