DORION, ON – The 80 runners signed for the 2013 Canyon Country Challenge enjoyed a beautiful day for their run June 8th, the 10th Annual Canyon Country Challenge. Everyone enjoyed a chili lunch accompanied by fresh fruit and veggies as well as Fran Person’s locally famous home made buns, baked on site. It was a very good turnout and it would seem that everyone had an enjoyable time.

Margaret Anthes won the early bird draw, for those registered prior to May 17th. Every runner recieved a gift, made available thanks to the generosity of sponsoring businesses.
Proceeds from the 2013 Canyon Country Challenge will assist in providing bursaries for local Grade 12 graduates and a gift certificate for a Grade 8 graduate.
