44 Teams Successfully Complete AMAZING WALK II – Segment 1 (plus draw winners)
MANITOUWADGE, ON – The Manitouwadge Family Health Team’s Amazing Walk II challenge is continuing to challenge participants and teams to create healthy habits and get involved in their community! As Segment One wrapped up Monday, May 13th, from 45 teams which originally began the Amazing Walk II – 44 successfully checked-in having completed not only the necessary steps but also their Pit Stops, quiz and necessary documents.
After reaching Zurich, Switzerland the teams are now on their way to Munich, Germany.
In segment two teams must walk a total of 242.7 kilometres, or 320364 steps; approximately 2.9kms /3828 steps per team member per day in addition to completing all Pit Stops and handing in any necessary documents from their package.
