Manitouwadge Mourns Thérèse Blier
Thérèse Blier (née Bourassa) June 17, 1928– April 17, 2013
Thérèse Blier passed away peacefully, on April 17, 2013, at the Montfort Hospital, at the age of 84.
Dear daughter of the late Joseph Bourassa and the late Gabrielle Jodoin. Beloved wife of the late Pierre-Paul Blier. Devoted mother of Diane (deceased), Denis, Louise, Claudette, Robert (deceased) and Ginette (Gary Lough). Cherished grandmother of Christopher (Sarah), Stéphanie, Samuel (deceased), Tina, Pauline, Michèle and Marc. Adored great grandmother of Jude. Dear sister of three brothers and seven sisters. Also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces and friends.
The family would like to thank the CSLD Montfort for those who loved her dearly and the Montfort Hospital for their excellent care.
Family and friends are invited at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Beauchamp 180 Montreal Rd., Ottawa, on Sunday, April 21, 2013 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at St-Sébastien Church, 1000 Frances Street, Ottawa, on Monday, April 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer Association would be appreciated.
