CROSSOVER INSIDER – New Release Trailers/info, New Games to Watch for and Customer Requests Answered

TYLER’s INSIDE SCOOP

We may be only few days into April, but it’s time to look ahead to May (and hopefully warmer, snow-free weather) and the key titles that will debuting during that month. Headlining the month will be Safe Haven- based on the novel by Nicholas Sparks. Also worth noting are the releases of Mama, Jack Reacher, Parker and The Last Stand. All of these movies made combined to make well over 200 million dollars at the box office and are sure-fire hits with our customers.

For now, however, let’s stay focused on April and see what this week has to offer;

NEW RELEASES ON DVD & BLU-RAY

Straight A’s: starring Luke Wilson, Ryan Phillipe and Anna Paquin – A recovering addict, straight out of rehab, returns home to
the family he abandoned with hopes of making amends. While there, he crosses paths with a former school mate and high school crush. (Drama) (DVD) Also available to rent at 2 Doors Down in Manitouwadge!

Goodnight for Justice: Queen of Hearts: starring Luke Perry- John Goodnight comes across a stagecoach under attack and comes to the rescue of its passengers, one of whom is a beautiful woman who he develops feelings for. As they ride across the west together he begins to discover her true identity. (Western) (DVD) Also available to rent at 2 Doors Down in Manitouwadge!

Angel in the House: starring Toni Collette – A couple, looking to adopt a child and unable to conceive a child of their own, find their lives turned upside down when a 7 year old boy unexpectedly shows up on their doorstep. Sexy Evil Genius: starring Michelle Trachtenberg – A group of guys are drawn to the same bar in downtown Los Angeles by an ex-girlfriend they all have in common. (Drama) (DVD) Also available to rent at 2 Doors Down in Manitouwadge!

Hyde Park on Hudson: starring Bill Murray and Laura Linney – The story of the love affair between Franklin D. Roosevelt and his distant cousin Margaret “Daisy” Suckley, during the weekend in 1939 when the King and Queen of the United Kingdom visited upstate New York.
