Interview with Town of Marathon Council Applicant Dustin Pascoe
MARATHON, ON – Following the resignation of Roger Souckey from Marathon’s Town Council in January, Council opted to appoint a replacement and advertised for applicants.
Two applicants, Dustin Pascoe and Kim Ransom, filed the appropriate forms and have been deemed eligible to be considered to fill the vacant office. Council scheduled interviews with the applicants (CLICK HERE for details of what the interviews will involve), Mr. Ransom’s was held Feb. 21st, Mr. Pascoes is being held this week.
OntarioNewsNorth.com wanted to allow the applicants to talk about who they are, why they applied to fill the position left vacant by Soukey, unique experience or qualities they believe they have to offer the position, their ideas regarding Marathon’s current reality and what might be done to improve any issues and more. Unfortunately Mr. Ransom declined due to difficulties with scheduling, however Mr. Pascoe granted us an interview which provided a look into one of Marathon’s potential new council members.
