On January 14, 2013, the Marathon Joint Review Panel received a Request for Confidentiality from the Ojibways of the Pic River First Nation. The request is available on the public registry at the following link:

As per the Procedures for Requesting Confidentiality, the Panel is making this request available for a comment period. A letter from the Panel requesting comments on this confidentiality request is available on the public registry at the following link:
http://www.ceaa-acee.gc.ca/050/documents/p54755/84371E.pdf. Any comments should be submitted by February 1, 2013.
