DUBREUILVILLE, ON – Saturday January 19, 2013 at 12:16 pm the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East Wawa Detachment were advised occupants of a dark coloured Chevrolet had arrived at the Dubreuilville Arena already under the influence of alcohol. OPP officers observed a similar vehicle being driven in the parking lot at the arena. The driver was approached as he exited the vehicle; an odour of an alcoholic beverage was detected by the officer. As a result of further investigation 20-year-old Maxime BOUCHARD of Moonbeam, stands charged with the following offences;
- Exceed 80 mgs Blood Alcohol Content
- Fail to Comply with Undertaking – 4 counts
The accused is scheduled to appear in Wawa Court in March.
