CHAPLEAU, ON – Sunday January 20, 2013 at 7:55 am the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East Chapleau Detachment were on patrol on Brunswick House First Nation to assist a NAPS officer. A vehicle stop was conducted on Rosie St and a strong odour of alcohol was detected emanating from the driver. As a result of further investigation 33-year-old Eleanor REDBREAST of Brunswick House First Nation was arrested and charged with the following offences;
- Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle
- Exceed 80 mgs Blood Alcohol Content
The accused is scheduled to appear in Chapleau Court in February.
