CHAPLEAU, ON – December 3, 2012 at 10:40 pm the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East Chapleau Detachment officers were dispatched to an alarm at the 101 Gas Bar on Brunswick House First Nation. Officers observed several windows smashed at the business and the surveillance video provided a description of the suspect.
Shortly after midnight a male fitting the description was found walking on Waukagun. As a result 23 year old Jesse WHITE of Brunswick House First Nation was arrested and charged with the following;
1. Mischief over $5,000
2. Breach of Probation
The accused was transported to Timmins to attend Bail Court on December 4, 2012.
