WHITE RIVER, ON – November 11, 2012 in Hunt Township on Highway 17 near White River the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting radar patrol. A vehicle was stopped for speeding, the driver, George HANDORGAN of Kenora, Ontario provided a valid Ontario Driver’s License. A record check revealed that he was on conditions to remain within the North West Region.
As a result the accused was arrested for Breach of Undertaking and is scheduled to appear in Wawa Criminal Court on January 14, 2013.
